Pocket Option's own published materials state that services are not provided to residents of the EEA, USA, Israel, UK and Japan, with additional restrictions possible. Always verify the current list before registering.
Access is not the same as eligibility
A website may load from a country where the product is restricted. That does not mean the operator accepts residents from that jurisdiction or that the product may legally be promoted there.
Do not use a VPN, false address or third-party identity to bypass country controls. Doing so can breach the terms and create serious problems when verification or withdrawal is requested.
United Kingdom
Pocket Option's materials state that UK residents are not served. The FCA separately lists PocketOption as an unauthorised firm and advises consumers to avoid dealing with it.
United States
Pocketoption appears on the CFTC RED List. The CFTC says it appears to be acting in a capacity that requires registration but is not registered with the Commission.
How to check your country
Review the current restricted-country list in the provider's legal documents, then check the website of your local financial regulator. The absence of a local warning does not automatically mean the product is authorised.
If the answer is unclear, do not deposit until the provider identifies the exact legal entity, licence and regulator applicable to your account.
